Welcome to Basic Elegance Estate Agents and Letting Agents in Ferndown, Dorset, providing a complete service from property selection, purchase, interior design, furniture pack provision and installation to finding tenants, arranging letting and subsequent property management.

As well as full time office Staff, we have our own delivery team, assemblers, fitters, electricians together with associated in-house manufacturing divisions for blinds and curtains.
Our first floor offices are shared with our associated companies, ALDEMAIN PROPERTIES LTD and BASIC ELEGANCE (FURNISHINGS) LTD, and we are based in Ferndown, Dorset at the junction of Ringwood Road (A348) and New Road (A347). Our entrance hall can be found on Ringwood Road between Lavery Lettings and Leighton’s Solicitors. There is plenty of free parking in the surrounding area together with a multi-storey car park at the nearby Tesco.
